Indian Child Welfare Advocacy (ICWA) ICWA is a service to help keep Native children with their families so that they do not lose their heritage. If the Office of Children's Services (OCS) is taking custody of a Native Child, our ICWA worker may be able to help keep that child with a family member instead of placing that child in a foster home. If you would like more information about this service, or need help, contact Ms. Penny Westing at: (907) 745-0707
